Zhang Xin, Director of Comprehensive Business Department of China National Light Industry Council, Hu Hongjiang, Vice Chairman of China Culture, Education and Sporting Goods Association, Hao Peng, Director of Standards and Regulations Department, and Xiao Zhiguo, Secretary General of Fitness and Sports Equipment Committee attended the meeting. Standard drafting unit Ningbo Tianqi Technology Co., Ltd., Shunde District of Foshan City Cross Speed Helmet Co., Ltd., Ningbo Jieruite Sporting Goods Co., Ltd., Zhaoqing Bohan Sporting Goods Co., Ltd., Taishan Sports Industry Group Co., Ltd., National Sporting Goods Quality Supervision and Inspection Representatives from the center attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Hu Hongjiang, vice chairman of the board, who introduced the source of the tasks of this standard. This project was applied for conversion of the Chinese stationery and sports goods industry group standard "Sports Helmets and Ski Sports Helmets" ( T/CSSGA 1017-2018 ) issued by the China Culture, Education and Sporting Goods Association . By the National Standardization Management Committee in 2018 Nian 12 formally approved the project. The formulation and promulgation of this standard will effectively promote the localization of ice and snow sports equipment and promote the healthy development of national fitness sports. Director Zhang Xin put forward requirements for the formulation of standards. First of all, the formulation work must be completed on time and with high quality in accordance with the requirements of the National Standards Committee; the source of this national standard is a group standard of the same product, and advanced indicators such as European standards and American standards are adopted. Some indicator parameters must be investigated and verified to make it suitable for most The actual situation of Chinese companies requires appropriate adjustment of indicators, and the reasons should be stated based on the verification results. 
Subsequently, a drafting group was established, and the drafting group leader unit was proposed and approved. Wang Hanliang, representative laboratory manager of Ningbo Tianqi Technology Co., Ltd., the leader of the drafting group, explained the draft standard. Director Hao Peng put forward requirements for the follow-up process and timing. 
Hu Hongjiang made a summary of the meeting. He said that with the approach of the 2022 Winter Olympics, skiing has begun to become a national sport. The ski helmet is an important protective product, and it is very necessary to regulate the safety performance of product production, sales, and use. This standard is the first national standard of the "Sports Protective Gear" standard system proposed by the Association . It belongs to the same level as the other national standard "Sports Protective Gear Martial Arts Sports Protective Gear Part 1 : General Requirements and Test Methods" that was established at the same time. The association will continue to improve the construction of the standard system and report more standard project approval plans. China’s ski helmets account for about 90% of the world’s production and have an important voice. The association will mobilize more sports helmet-related units to join the development of this standard.
